Curious about Saree

I wore a saree for some Puja and Arunav was very curious. After taking a good look he said, "The top is so short and we can see your tummy - why?"

My dada

And Aarushi just loves to be around Arunav.....every action of Arunav, every word he says - the way he says gets copied around the house. The recent pick up being," Now what?" (once she is done with a toy)....as if Arunav's 'now what's were not enough for us....
This was taken at a stopover when we went for a walk on Sunday morning in the lovely Bowen Road Trail.....

Aarushi's artwork

This is what she looked like at the end of art session - the side paints on her face are done by her classmate sitting next to her! She loves to feel the paint and blotch it all over. In spite of the apron, the dress was completely spoilt!

When to think of "now"?

I was rushing Arunav for school bus in the morning. He insists he will press the lift buttons, the door opening button(HK speciality) etc. In my rush, I pressed one button and of course there was mayhem. I said, If you really wanted to press it you should have gone to the button first instead of standing in front of the mirror and making faces - you have to keep in mind what you have to do next, so we can catch the school bus.
Arunav still scowling and tears in his eyes asked me,Then when can I think of 'now'? I am sure he did not realize how profound that was, but it made me speechless in thought.
