The interview
Aarushi's interview yesterday went on for 1hr 40 mins - it was in a group, so of course each child was not interviewed for that long but even then it is a long time for the children to be inside AND for the parents outside! The stress on the parents who gulped down coffee and tea in litres was too obvious.

it's definitely an excessive amount of time! reminds me of IIM GDs, even those didn't take so long!
Yeah Apu - I am normally relaxed, but yesterday's one killed me - couldnt fathom what they were doing with the kids - in fact after a while there were jokes going around - 'are they putting the kids to nap and will resume after break'; 'should we have packed snacks for the kids', etc :)
