Whoa moment again
Arunav was very sick with a parasite infection for a while. Severe stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhoea, etc. So he is home bound for more than a week now. Today he was reading and asked me what is GMT? I explained a little about 4 mins per longitude, etc and then showed him the clock at the corner of the laptop where it showed HK time: UCT+8.00
He totally surprised me when exactly within 5 secs he said, oh then HK must be..8*15 i.e. in 120 longitude.... It really did take me a while longer to figure out what calculation happened and whether he was right - which was the whoa moment!
Aarushi is down with Rosella, Arunav with Giardia(parasite) - the whole house is full of medicines, barley water, fennel seed soaked water, rehydration salts, dettol.... but a stress-free house - no studies, no activities to run to, no homeworks to complete, no time pressure.... what bliss in spite of the dark circles and the pains.
